The Wine
Another SUPER red (in name and nature) from Brad Ray and the team at Zonte's Footstep. Generous Shiraz meets well-structured Cabernet in a harmonious blend rich cassis, dark cherries and smoky cedar. A little fun fact is that the final blend of the first Super Trooper was confirmed in a back-of-the-ute tasting while the Zonte’s team was bush-camping in the Flinders Ranges’ Arkaroola. Can't get more Aussie than that. This 2019 has won five Golds including a Double, and scores between 90-94pts so it is well worth grabbing a case of this classic and moreish Australian blend.
