The Wine
The Clare Valley is famous for its crisp, limey Rieslings and huge, intensely flavoured Shiraz. This one is a great example of the style the region turns out: big, rich, layered and complex, with loads of dark fruit flavour and a long, fine finish. This is the kind of red you share over a standing rib roast or slow-simmered casserole on a cold winter’s night. It’s beautiful – enjoy.
