“Ink black and impenetrable in the glass." says Stuart Knox in The Real Review, praising its colour, complexity, intensity and concentraion and giiving it 96pts. Halliday talks of the colour too, calling it “Dense, opaque, old-blood liquid that stains the glass as it is swirled – as with the ’20 a year ago. There are untold layers of very black fruits here, plus a dab of chocolate borrowed from McLaren Vale. 95pts". (James Halliday). This remarkable red also has six Golds and a Double Gold.
