The Bullseye Shiraz is handcrafted from Archery Road's finest Barossa Valley Shiraz grapes each year. Full-bodied and rich, the wine displays notes of aromatic black fruit and Middle Eastern spice, with integrated oak and fine tannins supporting the palate for a complex finish. Scoring an outstanding 97pts from Sam Kim of Wine Orbit just last year. He describes the 2016 vintage glowingly as "A blockbuster Shiraz showing dark fruit intensity, smoked game, vanillin oak, olive and dark cocoa aromas on the nose, leading to a powerfully expressed palate that's succulent and plush.
