Peter Drayton is a 5th generation descendant of the renowned Drayton Family Wines in NSW’s famous Hunter Valley region. His Ironbark vineyard is set at the foot of the famous Brokenback range. His ‘Wildstreak’ range celebrates his independent, maverick spirit. In the Wildstreak Sparkling, Peter Drayton combines the Hunter Valley's iconic Semillon with the region's celebrated Chardonnay.
